Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Hay-on-Wye is a General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered online pharmacy operating in England and Wales. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medication services to eligible patients in and around Hay-on-Wye, UK.
Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are resident in the United Kingdom. You must complete an accurate and honest medical questionnaire before any prescription is considered. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual where it is clinically inappropriate to do so.
Prescription weight loss medication will only be supplied where a licensed prescriber determines it is clinically suitable for you. Eligibility criteria may include body mass index (BMI) thresholds, medical history, and current medications. Providing false or misleading medical information may put your health at risk and may constitute a criminal offence.
All prescriptions issued through our service are generated by a qualified, registered prescriber following a clinical review of your submitted information. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and UK prescribing regulations.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. Prescriptions are not transferable and are issued solely for personal use. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during your consultation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before checkout. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by one of our pharmacists, we aim to dispatch your medication within one (1) working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved by our pharmacist, and a full refund will be issued. Once a prescription has been generated and the order approved for dispatch, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds for dispensed prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
